- Place Barber’s eggnog and crushed or chopped pineapple in a blender. Blend until frothy and smooth. Add ice and blend again till thick and creamy smooth.
- Pour in extract and pulse to blend.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple ring on lip of glass and
add a festive straw.
(The pineapple makes this a very refreshing way to use eggnog) Serves 2 can be doubled or tripled.
