Mocha Chiller (for two to four glasses) [ back to Lattes / Coffees ]

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chilled strong coffee
1 cup Barber’s chocolate milk
2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Ice Cubes
1/2 cup Barber’s whipping cream, whipped with 2 tsp sugar to soft peaks
Chocolate syrup

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place coffee, Barber’s chocolate milk and ice cubes in blender and blend until thick ice cubes are crushed.
  2. Add ice cream and blend until mixture is creamy like a milk shake.
  3. Pour into glasses and top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of whipped cream. Insert a straw into each glass and enjoy!
