- Mix together the egg nog, brandy flavoring, brown sugar and 2 tsps instant coffee. Mix well until sugar and coffee are well incorporated. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp instant coffee over whipped cream and fold together.
- To serve: Pour eggnog-coffee into cups or short glasses. Top with dollop of coffee whipped cream and add a dash of nutmeg.
- Pour hot Barber’s milk into mixture and simmer for about 8 minutes to allow flavors to blend well.
- Serve immediately in mugs or cups.
