| 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix - prepared according to package directions using half Barber’s whole milk and Barber’s half & half and adding 1 tbsp instant coffee |
| 1 cup Barber’s whipping cream, whipped |
| 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (can buy crumbs or make using chocolate wafer or Oreo cookies) |
| Mini chocolate chips |
- In tall parfait or ice tea glasses equally divide some of the pudding mix in the bottom of each glass.
- Sprinkle a layer of cookies crumbs over pudding.
- Repeat layering ending with cookie crumbs.
- Top each glass with Barber’s whipped cream and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately with a spoon or chill and serve later.
