- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 1 to 2 bread loaf pans depending on sizes you use.
- In large mixing bowl stir together the cornbread and biscuit mixes creating a “well” in the center.
- Add Barber’s cottage cheese, eggs and Barber’s whole milk and stir until dry ingredients are wet.
- Sprinkle dill weed over mixture and stir well.
- Fill bread pan(s) about 2/3 full. Place in oven and bake until cooked inside and top is golden brown.
You can use mini-loaf pans or muffin tins as well.
