Barber's Party Dip Layered Dip (Torte) [ back to Bites ]

INGREDIENTS
1 pint Barber’s Party Dip
1 cup chopped black olives
1 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 oz pkgs cream cheese brought to room temp
Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper
Chopped fresh basil or parsley

DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix Barber’s Party Dip and softened cream cheese together.
  2. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper and cream together well. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. Spread 1/3 of the Onion Dip-cream cheese mixture in bottom of a clear glass bowl.
  4. Add layer of black olives.
  5. Spread another 1/3 of Dip mixture over olives.
  6. Add layer of sun dried tomatoes.
  7. Spread remaining Dip mixture over tomatoes.
  8. Top with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
  9. Cover & chill until ready to serve.
  10. Delicious served with crackers or French bread.
